Beneficiary
This campaign wants to meet the needs of the poor in the city as well as for the slum dwellers. A slum means that at least 300 people lived in a very small area or 60-70 families lived in harmful and dilapidated housing for health reasons, where there is generally lack of basic infrastructure like cleanliness and drinking water.
Beneficiaries include the economically weaker section - EWS and low-income groups (LIGs). The annual income limit is up to 3 lakhs for EWS and up to 3-6 lakhs for LIGs. Beneficiaries of the EWS group are eligible for all the four schemes of the campaign. If the LIG group is merely a creditlinked subsidy scheme (CLSS).
The underlying component of this campaign is eligible.
Under this scheme, the applicant seeking a personal loan will present his own certificate / affidavit as proof of income for determining an EWS or LIG beneficiary.
Beneficiary family includes husband, wife, unmarried children and / or unmarried girls.
To get Central assistance under this campaign, in any part of India, there should be no ownership of the house in the name of any person in the name of his / her family or any of his / her family.
State / UT can specify a final date in the independent authority, in which beneficiaries must be residents of that urban area to qualify for benefits under this scheme.
The slum growth rate is 34%, and the number of families in these slums will be 18 million. There is a proposal to include 2 million poor families in the slums not covered under this campaign. Therefore, through this new mission, it aims to remove the shortage of 20 million households.
Scope
The campaign for "housing for all" is being conducted for urban areas during 2015-2022. This campaign will provide central assistance to the organizations implementing the work of providing the houses to the beneficiaries / beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by 2022 through state and union territories.
This campaign (excluding credit linked subsidy component) has been implemented as Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS). The credit linked subsidy component will be implemented as a central sector plan.
Implementation of the campaign comprising all the components started from 17.06.2015 and implemented till 31.03.2022.
Regarding the 'Housing for All' Prime Minister's Housing Scheme, implemented by Parbhani Municipal Corporation in the city.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - 'Houses for All' is being implemented in the municipal limits. In the four stages, the central and state government will provide a subsidy of about two and a half lakhs for the construction of the house. A home order form has been prepared for the purpose and in the declared slums it is going to the house directly
It will be filled up and citizens will be able to avail benefit of the city, and soon it will be possible to avail the benefits of this facility.
